I said this in the introduction to this challenge / Journey, but it bears repeating:
Choose one thing from the list. You are welcome to do more if you like; but this is not intended to burden your time, and resources. Each week we will offer a new list of steps Do that which will benefit your household best. If you do anything at all, you will be better off for it. This journey is asynchronous so you can begin this journey anytime throughout the year. In fact I first invited people to join the journey mid February. I recommend starting at the beginning, No need to play catch up. You can start by checking out the “challenge” introduction or jump in at Week One
Happy prepping

Food*:
2 large boxes cornmeal AND/OR 2 bags plain popcorn AND/OR 3 boxes instant oatmeal
And/Or
5 lbs pasta
And/Or
3 boxes crackers
Household:
Two 5 gallon buckets with lids
72 hour kit:
Add a local map, circle common landmarks. Help young children learn about the map and places marked
Emergency $
Add $8 to your emergency money ziplock bag (in each 72 hour kit if possible)
Family Prep:
Add charging equipment needed for electronics/cell phones to the family utility box
Water**
Tip: You can store water for washing dishes or clothing in the original detergent bottles making it easy to identify
*Food is personal and people have different dietary needs/restrictions and tastes. As Always, You know your household’s needs best. Modify to meet your needs..
** It would be great if you can add drinking water to your supply each week.
